RPPG performs Utilization Management and pays claims only for Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO Illinois, Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Advantage HMO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Percision HMO products and Humana HMO products. All other contracts are fee-for-service contracts and bills should be sent directly to the managed care plans.
